Dude I got a Dell…for work. I get my iMac when I get home too! The Dell is a dual 3.0 gHz optiplex. It’s nice and small. Not too shabby for a pc . Can’t wait to get a dual 3.0 Powermac.

Computer Parts For Sale

The Canon 300D has had it’s first price drop down to the $700 so I’m prepping myself for the purchase. In order to do that, I’m going to dismantle my server and sell the parts. So here they are, let me know if you are interested in anything. If no one wants anything, I’ll just sell them on eBay .

Computer Died

My computer died last night. Here’s the sequence of events that lead to it’s death.

- Tried to open outlook, wouldn’t open
- restart computer
- norton won’t load because of insufficient memory
- ctrl+alt+delete wouldn’t bring up task manager
- tried to reformat, c partition was corrupted
- memtest showed errors on my stick of 512 from 92mb and on
- ordered a new stick of Crucial ram
- waiting for new stick to come in…

New System

I’m changing out my old mobo and processor, MSI KT7 and AMD XP 1.6+, for the Epox and 2.5! Yaaay

New Vid Card

Oh geez, another month, another update. Well I guess I’ll start updating more since my life is a bit more interesting now. Well for starters, I got my new ATI All in Wonder Radeon 7500. I’m quite happy with the purchase seeing that I get a TV/DVD/TIVO plus a remote control!! Wowwww, fun fun fun for everyone! Come by sometime and I’ll give u a demo .

You guys might be wondering why I’m posting this so early in the morning. It’s because Caleb just won an Athlon XP at the Austin give-a-way!!! He got a 1.8gHz Athlon Xp including a MSI motherboard! That means I get his 1.4gHz Athlon that he bought a few months ago so I am a happy guy! Alright time to go study for my Argument test today at 12. Later!

My motherboard came in yesterday so I build my new system! It took a while to take out my old parts from my other computer and stick them into my new system. After I got everything configured correctly it ran very nicely . Here’s the specs for all u computer nerds out there: 750 Duron OCed to 900, Iwill kk266, 256 mb pc133 ram, TNT2 ultra, 60 gig Maxtor 7200 rpm ATA 100, and SBlive .

New Comp

Since I lost my digital camera I’m using Chris Huang’s til I buy a new one. For the sake of stating the obvious, the picture is of our room in our apartment. You can see I actually have a pretty nice little “office” to do my stuff . I decided the other day to build a new computer. Tim was nice enough to offer his extra Duron to me. So I’m gonna buy a new motherboard, hard drive, and RAM while transfering all the rest of my parts over. The new computer should cost me less than $200 so that’ll be a nice change to look forward to . My old computer will be used as a file and webcam server.
