I got to cook tonight since my mom had a fever. She told me what to do so it was pretty easy. I’m writing it on my blog for future reference and also if you guys wanna try it

Ingredients
- 5 tablespoons of water
- 4 tablespoons of soy sauce
- 3 tablespoons of sugar
- 2 tablespoons of cooking wine
- 1 tablespoon of red vinegar
- 2-3 lbs Boston Butt Pork
Directions
- Cut pork into cubes
- Combine water, soy sauce, sugar, cooking wine, red vinegar in a bowl and mix until sugar dissolves
- Add mixture and pork in a pot and simmer until liquid is reduced into a nice sauce
